Cancellation And Refund Policies

Check in policy 

- check-in time 1pm 

- check out time 12 noon 

- late checkout attract 50% surcharge 

- Rate are subjected to change without prior notice 

- items not deposited with the management, it's at owner's risk 

- all rate are taxe inclusive 

- guest are at liberty to  cancel and rebook reservations within 24 hours 

- guest are at liberty to cancel reservation within 48 hours to check in date, with an administrative cost of 10%

- No cancellation and refund after 4:pm on check in day . 

- we shall not provide accommodations for any reservation not confirmed before 6:pm.
